Journey to Ottawa-CanadaI traveled to Ottawa, Canada with my wife, 3 kids, her mom and brother to meet my wife's moms boyfriend in person. We have met via video cam several times.
It was a nice visit with him and his family. Nice people.
Ottawa was a nice city to visit. Clean and fun, with lots to do - touristy-wise. We visited the Museum of Civilization, Science and Technology, visited a Maze Farm - with about a dozen different mazes - hedge, cornfield, grapevines...etc..., visited Parlament, and walked around quite a bit.
It was a 7 hour drive from where I live. Not bad all in all. Kids had a blast and loved the heated, salt-water pool in the hotel.
